Erin Johanna Rembert is a Chicago born artist & entertainer. After six years in Oakland, California, she currently resides in a magic garden nestled into the heart of the Windy City’s historic Ukranian Village neighborhood.

A former student of the School of the Art Institute Chicago, she has transmutated as a visual & performance artist, herbal enthusiast, creative consultant, copywriter & stylist. Creative & Professional Certifications include Herbalism, Perfurmery, Ornamental Dental Jewelry & Bloodborne Pathogen Training for Body Art.

Clients include The Silver Room, Deb, Belle SF, Dollhouse Bettie Lingerie, YO:U, Sea Pony Couture, Kenmore Appliances, Black Girl With Long Hair, Concept 47 & Store B Vintage.

She has been the visual muse of acclaimed photographers Sandro Miller, Akin Girav, Remo Fioroni, Isa Giolorenzo, Aleksandra Tomaszewska & Dora Tsui and has been in ad campaigns for Crate & Barrel/CB2, Gensler Architects, Air BnB, BombshellShocked, Factorygirl Makeup, Makers Vault & PopShop.

Her newest endeavors include Rock Steady Stonez, Sultry Swarovski Luxury Tooth Jewelry, as well as Holy Mother Botanicals; a collective apothecarium promoting wellness & connection to the land via botanical self-care rituals. In the spirit of holistic tradition, Holy Mother Botanicals uses the ubiquity of practical magic to remedy the soul. This blossoming esoteric garden features locally made small batch medicinal goods featuring zealously crafted aromatic profiles and herbal alliances, intended to reconnect the body with its psychic landscape. Herbaceous spells that promote healing and stimulate the senses.

In 2015, Rembert founded Badgrrrlgang: " A collective constellation of innovative femme fatales revolutionizing & redefining women in the arts through fashion, food, feminism, photography, design & fringe performance". Through the collective force of Badgrrrlgang, she has curated & exhibited in Shadow of a Black Diamond 2015, Trashed 2015 & Aperitif 2015. Her first solo exhibition Soubrette debuted in July 2017 in conjunction with Oakland Art Murmur, while her first Chicago solo exhibition Mischievious Playground ran April through May of 2019 at Bite. She has produced group exhibitions Keys Open Doors (2008), Welcome To Pussytown (2009), Decadent Dutchess (2010), Signed Sealed Delivered: Presence of the Unknown (2011), Women at Work (2012) & Midnite Maven (2015), Motel Mademoiselle (2016) at First Amendment Gallery & Lady Vibes (2018), along with a solo exhibition Promised Land (2014) featuring the work of Amanda Payne. Fashion shows include Psychosurplus at Boycrazy Magazine Release Party 2006, Versionfest 2006, Clothes Optional 4 Year Anniversary Party 2007, Kenmore Appliances 2010, RAW SF 2013 & Dollhouse Bettie: Unveiled 2014.
